My Dad Passed over 2 days after Father's Day, 9 years ago.
This past Father's Day, we went to the cemetery, as we always do, and put flowers on his grave. I brought along my digital camera, and took pictures all over the place, but didn't get anything....
It was near the Full Moon, which has been found to aid paranormal phenomena. That night, I took a card table and put objects on it that he always carried with him (his watch & 2 pocket knives), as well as my parent's wedding anniversary photo. Since my Dad was in close "physical contact" with these items, i felt that they would've "absorbed his essence".
I also put a Sony DAT (digital tape recorder), near the watch.
That night, at 2am, I "talked to him", and asked him that, if he could hear me, to make himself known on the tape. I then turned on the recorder, and left the room, shutting the door behind me. My PC was off, and there was NOTHING in the room that could make ANY sound.
When i played the tape back the next day, MAN! Was i surprised!
When you listen to this recording, all the sounds are repeated 3 times each. You will first hear 3 "knocking sounds". These are followed by a VERY strange sound (repeated SIX times):
You will hear a CLICK (like someone flipping a switch), then two loud beeping sounds. Then, another CLICK is heard, shutting them off. There is NOTHING in our house that makes this kind of "beeping" sound!!!!!!!! The closest thing we have to it is a burglar alarm. If it DID go off, it would be loud enuff to (if you'll pardon the expression) "wake the dead"!
We did NOT hear anything. And, if it WAS the alarm, what caused it to trigger and, more importantly, WHO or WHAT turned it OFF ??????????
This is followed by 3 more "banging sounds".
It gets weirder...................
The next thing you will hear is a "rustling sound", then you'll hear the sounds of a TICKING WATCH! (I estimate that it started ticking just before 3 am). (When the watch begins ticking, a loud "bang!" is heard). The watch ticked for over 10 minutes, until the tape ran out, and the DAT shut itself off. (I edited down the recording so you'll only hear it for about 1 1/2 minutes).
Now, the REALLY weird part -- even tho the watch ticked for over 10 minutes, THE HANDS HAD NOT MOVED AT ALL! They were in the exact same position as just before the experiment: 2:46:14. So, WHAT was ticking????????
Later, I took the watch and vigorously shook it, but could NOT get it to start! (It had fully wound down 9 years ago, and he was the last person to wind it).

So, what are we hearing? My personal belief is that my Dad came back and made all those sounds in that closed-off room. The reason that the hands of the watch hadn't moved is that we are listening to (for want of a better term) a "spirit watch" -- the sounds coming from the Other Side, when the watch was ticking when my Dad was alive and wearing it.
This was his way of telling me that he still lives, but in another "place"................
